I normally make these when we have meatballs subs or spaghetti. I am still trying to perfect the recipe. Any suggestions would be great!
INGREDIENTS
1 lbs ground beef (we use 90-10)
2 eggs
3 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 C bread crumbs
1/2 C grated parmesean cheese
Basil
Oregeno
Salt
Pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients by hand, and mix well.
2. Make meatballs
3. In a skillet heat olive oil and brown meatballs. They do not need to be cooked all the way through as they simmer in sauce for a few hours.
4. Add meatballs to your favorite marinara sauce and simmer.
