Red BBQ Sauce

1/2 cup ketchup
2 Tbl white wine vinegar
1 Tbl worchestershire sauce
2 tsp molasses
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp chile powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp celery salt (optional)
1/4 tsp liquid smoke (optional)
