Chimichurri Sauce

4 garlic cloves
1 cup fresh italian parsley leaves
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
3/4 cup EVOO
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Cholula

Combine ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
