2 lbs ground beef
2 cans chili beans undrained
2 onions diced
1 red pepper diced
3 cloves garlic minced
2 jalapenos diced
1 can crushed tomatoes
4 Tbl chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1. Saute onions, garlic, red pepper, and jalapenos.
2. Add ground beef and cook through.
3. Add dry ingredients and beans to the mixture.
4. Add crushed tomatoes to achieve desired consistency.
5. Simmer over low heat for at least an hour.
