WHITE BEAN PUREE

Another puree from "The Sneaky Chef".  This one can be used a lot in pasta dishes.

INGREDIENTS
1 15 oz can of white beans (great northern, navy, butter, or cannelloni)
2-3T water

DIRECTIONS
1.  Rinse and drain beans and puree with water in food processor or blender.
2.  The goal is is a smooth, but not wet, puree

**This makes 1C puree.  Can store in refrigerator up to 3 days, or freeze in 1/4C portions.**
