PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

These are always the hit of Christmas thanks to my uncle's fiance Kim!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
4 cups confectionary sugar
4 cups Jiff peanut butter
6 cups Rice Krispies

DIRECTIONS
1. Mix first 3 ingredients well by hand
2. Add Rice Krispies and refrigerate mixture for 1 hour
3. Roll into 1" balls, refrigerate again for 1 hour

4. Melt in double boiler:
1 6oz. bag of chocolate chips
1/2 bar paraffin (baker's wax)
1 lrg. (8oz.) Hershey bar

5. Dip refrigerated balls in melted chocolate mixture above
6. Pick out with a large spoon and place each ball onto wax paper to cool.
7. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
