Oatmeal Pumpkin Breakfast Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup pumpkin, canned (not pie filling)
1/4 cup rolled oats (I used Gluten Free)
1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice seasoning
1 tsp. maple syrup
1/4 tsp. stevia
1/2 cup greek yogurt vanilla
3/4 cup coconut milk, unsweetened from carton or non-fat milk

DIRECTIONS
1.  Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.


Note: For extra creamy smoothie, make it the night before and place in the blender the next day! It will probably get super thick, so you may need to add more milk to it.
