I was home one night while Michael was out of town on business. I wanted stir fry but we had no sauce. So I came up with one from the stuff in our house.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 C orange juice
2 tsp orange marmalade
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp brown sugar
pinch of red pepper flakes
1 tsp cayenne pepper (to season meat)
2 Tbsp vegetable oil (to cook meat in)
Flour (to thicken sauce)
