Cadbury Mini Egg Cookies

INGREDIENTS
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
2 cups Cadbury Mini Eggs


DIRECTIONS
1.  Combine your flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl.
2.  In a large mixing bowl, combine your brown and white sugar, vanilla and softened butter.
3.  Beat until creamy
4.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5.  Gradually beat in your dry ingredients.
6.  Chop Mini Eggs coarsely with a knife. You want to leave big chunks.
7.  Incorporate chopped Mini Eggs with your cookie dough.
8.  Mix well with a wooden spoon or spatula.
9.  Drop rounded tablespoons of the cookie dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet
10.  Bake in a 375 degree fahrenheit oven for 9-11 minutes.
11.  Cool in pan for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
